Sit and Stride offers professional dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. We also provide feeding, water refreshment, and light playtime as part of our service.

We currently serve Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Dumbo. If you're unsure if we cover your area, feel free to reach out!

 We operate from 7 AM to 1 PM for dog walking. Pet sitting and drop-in visits may have flexible availability. Reach out if you have specific scheduling needs.

We offer both private and small group walks (up to 2-3 dogs) based on your dog’s temperament and your preference. Private walks ensure one-on-one attention, while group walks are great for socialization.

5. We still walk in light rain or snow, but for severe weather (thunderstorms, blizzards, extreme heat/cold), we’ll adjust the walk time, provide a quick potty break, and indoor play if needed.
   
   

 Your dog will have a consistent walker to build trust and routine. All of our walkers are experienced, Pet Cpr certified, background-checked, and trained in dog handling and safety.

We accept payment through our website. Additionally, we also accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due at the time of booking or before the scheduled service.

    • Walks canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule.

    • Walks canceled within 24 hours: 75% Charge.

    • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours: Full charge.
      For pet sitting, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

We can arrange secure key storage, or you can provide access via a lockbox or smart lock. Keys are handled with the utmost security.

12. In case of an emergency, we’ll contact you immediately. If urgent, we will take your pet to the nearest vet or your preferred veterinarian.
    
    

Our boarding includes overnight stays in a safe, comfortable home environment. Your dog will receive regular walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. We aim to keep their routine as close to normal as possible

 Your pup will stay in a cozy, home-style environment with us, not in a traditional kennel. We provide a safe, comfortable space with plenty of room to relax and play.

Drop-offs are typically between [7 A.M -1 P.M], and pick-ups/ drop offs are between [7 A.M-1 P.M]. If you need a different time, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 We provide at least [2] walks per day, plus potty breaks and playtime. If your dog has specific exercise needs, we’ll adjust accordingly.

5. This depends on your preference and business needs. We offer solo boarding for dogs who prefer to be the only pet, or they can socialize with other friendly, pre-screened dogs.
   
   

 For first-time boarders, we may recommend a short trial stay (a day or overnight) to ensure your dog is comfortable in our environment.
